Calvin Klein is one of the most recognized brands in the world and they have launched a complete line of home furniture and related furnishings to be marketed worldwide by a management team assembled by Wingspan in Z3.

They acquired a passion for authentic southwest Mexican food and tortillas and decided to bring their passion and knowledge to the east coast. They developed the "press" method and use the highest quality raw ingredients to seal the surfaces of the flour tortilla and lock in moisture. Thus, MexAmerica flour tortillas are easily rolled and folded without breaking and can be used with fillings or sauces without becoming soggy. MexAmerica Foods, located in St. Marys, PA, produces a complete product line of award winning white flour, whole and honey wheat and other flavored flour and corn tortillas and tortilla corn chips. The products are sold to most of the major supermarket chains and private labeled through food service organizations generally in the Northeastern Mid-Atlantic States. MexAmerica has won national double-blind taste test awards 5 years in a row, from the American Culinary Institute. They have also been named in Men's Health Magazine on multiple occasions and most recently in the June 2008 edition as one The 125 Best Foods for Men.
	Wingspan Foods, LLC Wingspan Capital Partners LLC has formed Wingspan Foods, LLC www.wingspanfoods.com to take advantage of niche growing, marketing and distribution opportunities in the produce growing and distribution business. The first crop to be grown, marketed and distributed is Watercress. The increased popularity of this crop and other super foods with similar attributes create an immediate market. Demand for Watercress is increasing rapidly as many restaurants nationwide add food items requiring Watercress to their menus. Additionally, supermarket demand for Watercress is also increasing as consumers are realizing the health benefits of it and begin their utilization when cooking at home. For health reasons as well as cultural popularity, Watercress is rapidly becoming a food of choice with many consumers and food service operators.
Minority Investments
	First Michigan Bank The Principals of Wingspan have also been instrumental in the founding and ultimate funding of First Michigan Bank www.firstmichiganbank.com in Troy, MI, a State of Michigan and Federally chartered community bank which opened August 27, 2007.
	Plymouth Venture Partners (PVPI) Wingspan Capital Partners is also a member of Plymouth Venture Partners (PVPI) www.plymouthvc.com, a $25 million pledge fund that has been investing since April 2003. PVPI finances and adds value to emerging companies in Michigan and the Great Lakes region. PVPI investors are mainly highly experienced Midwest entrepreneurs who have successfully built and exited one or more companies. Many of the 30 to 40 individual PVPI investors are actively involved in adding value to investees and serve as a unique "brains trust" and resource to PMC. PMC provides deal flow, deal structuring, due diligence, closing, and monitoring for the investor group. Each investor, however, makes individual decisions on which companies he/she wishes to fund. The group of investors funding the deal then form a deal team which helps to add value to the investment moving toward a successful exit. ExiClip received 510(k) clearance from the FDA in July 2007.
	Eagle Rotary Systems Eagle Rotary Systems manufactures various grades of flexible plate dies, all of which are significantly more durable than the best flexible dies currently available.
