INITIAL DUE DILIGENCE - WHAT TO BRING TO OUR FIRST MEETING

1. Past 5 years compiled, reviewed or audited financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, statement of cash flows and footnotes.

2. Literature describing your business, goods or services, including brochures, catalogs, pamphlets, etc.

3. Copies or names of publications from associations or organizations to which your company may subscribe or be a member.

4. Names of customers comprising more than 5% of your revenue for any of the previous 3 years.

5. Identification of your major vendors/suppliers.

6. Current Business Plan

7. Organization chart of your team and your geographic locations.

8. Identification of your significant local, regional and national competition.

9. Your projections for future growth and your plans and capital required to get there.
